Two-minute install

Cut both tube ends square; deburr inside and out.

Slide compression nut and ferrule onto each tube.

Insert tube fully into union body; finger-tighten nuts.

Wrench an additional 1¼ turns (see torque chart on the bag).

Shop tip: A dab of light oil on the nut threads helps hit full clamp load smoothly.
