• Bungs are American-made 1018 mild steel that’s a breeze to weld
• CNC-machined for symmetry and accuracy
• Flat inner surface provides positive mounting against the axle plate
• Through holes are drilled and then counterbored to accept 3/8″ socket-head fastener (not included)
• Radiused, contoured design is beautiful but not showy—these accentuate your sissy bar, not outshine it
• Available to accept either 1/2″ or 5/8 solid stock

In the interest of saving time when building motorcycles, the TC Brothers developed an array of useful bungs for common fabrication tasks. The modest cost of these sissy bar mounting bungs is generally offset by the massive time savings builders experience, allowing one to move on to other parts of your project that are often a little more satisfying than standing at the lathe for hours.

These bungs are a good way to step up our DIY Sissy Bar Kits. Select 1/2″ bungs for standard height, and 5/8″ if you’re using one of the tall options.
